What data we process
Only the data you give us when you contact us through the form, by email, by phone or via WhatsApp. The website form does not store or send anything to our server: it prepares a message that you send yourself from WhatsApp, so we also receive your phone number and your WhatsApp profile name. The data are: your name, the breed you are interested in, the content of your message and, if you provide it, your email address, as well as your phone number and profile name when you write to us on WhatsApp. If you go on to reserve or acquire a puppy, we also process the data needed to formalise the transaction and the animal’s documentation (identification, address and details for registering the microchip and the pedigree).
What we use it for and on what legal basis
- Answering your enquiries about our dogs and litters. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6.1.a RGPD (GDPR)) and taking pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6.1.b RGPD).
- Managing the reservation, sale and delivery of a puppy and the subsequent advice. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b RGPD).
- Complying with legal obligations (animal registration and identification, tax and animal welfare obligations). Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c RGPD).
We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling. We do not send advertising without your express consent.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data are kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and, at most, for one year from the last contact if no reservation is made. Buyers’ data are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and, after that, for the statutory limitation and retention periods (tax and animal registration).
Who we share it with
We do not disclose your data to third parties unless required by law (for example, official animal identification registers or the breed club for registering the pedigree, where applicable following the purchase of a puppy).
To communicate, we use third-party services that act as processors or as independent controllers: Google email (Gmail) and WhatsApp (Meta). These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; they do so under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
This website is hosted by Raiola Networks, S.L. (servers in the European Union), which acts as a processor and may log technical access data (such as the IP address) for security reasons.
Your rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to fernandoruizleivar@gmail.com and stating which right you wish to exercise.
If you believe that we have not processed your data correctly, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
Minors
This website is not aimed at children under 14. If you are under that age, do not send us personal data without the consent of your parents or guardians.
Visitor statistics
If you accept it in the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to obtain statistics on how the website is used, such as pages visited, device type, where visits come from and clicks on the contact buttons. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6.1.a RGPD), which you can withdraw at any time via “Cookie settings”. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. More details in the cookie policy.

Bavieras del Alcázar has profiles on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. If you interact with them, the privacy policy of each social network will also apply.
